All the articles to be sold at auction have been exhibited and publicised enough time in advance for all the potential buyers to have had the opportunity to examine and check their condition, study their background, documentation, if available, and damage or other defects.

The sale shall be IN CASH and AMERICAN DOLLARS.

Down payment 30% in cash. Commission and taxes 16,47%. (Commission and taxes for Punta del Este, 16,97%)

Payment shall be in the currency in which the sale was made, in cash or by bank money order, to the following dollar account no. 877831 of ITAU BANK, Montevideo.

All buyers have three business days following the auction to make payment, after which interest on the purchase will be due. The rate will be established on the day of the auction.

After eight days from the day of the auction if the buyer has not paid the price, it will be considered that he has given up the purchase, losing the down payment.
